1. Who we are

Node Mantis LLC, doing business as Node Mantis, operates the Node Mantis website, software, dashboard, APIs, and related services (the "Service"). This policy explains how we handle personal information and content processed through the Service.

For account, website, billing, and support information, we decide how the information is used. When a customer submits content for processing on behalf of others, we process it to provide the Service, and the customer is responsible for having the necessary authority and giving any required notices.

2. Information we collect

Account and communications information, such as your email address, authentication identifier, account settings, and messages you send us.

Task and browser information needed to perform automation, which may include task instructions, URLs, selected page content and DOM data, screenshots, typed values, action history, and model inputs and outputs. The Service does not ordinarily send browser cookies or session storage, but page context, screenshots, typed values, or agent actions can contain sensitive information.

Usage, billing, and technical information, such as timestamps, agent steps, token and cost data, IP address, device or browser information, errors, latency, and security events.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; process tasks and provide results; operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve reliability; meter usage and manage billing; provide support; prevent abuse; and comply with law.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

4. How we disclose information

We disclose information to service providers that support cloud hosting, storage, databases, identity, billing, monitoring, security, customer support, and AI or model processing. AI and model providers may process task instructions, selected page context, screenshots, action history, and outputs as needed to provide the Service. Those providers may use automated safety systems and, where permitted, authorized review to detect abuse.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Retention

Operational logs are generally retained for 30 days. Service transcripts, which may include task context, actions, and outputs, are retained for up to 60 days.

We retain account and billing records while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution purposes. We may retain information longer when required by law or when needed to investigate misuse.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in, protect accounts, and remember necessary preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to restrict or object to certain processing. You may also request account deletion. Contact hello@nodemantis.com to make a request. We may verify your identity and retain information where the law permits or requires it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at hello@nodemantis.com.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and provide additional notice when appropriate.
